Chi Ball

The Chi Ball Method is a holistic exercise programme that harmonises the body, balances the mind and calms the spirit.

The Chi Ball Method is a unique blend of colour, aromatherapy, traditional chinese medicine and a synergy of six ancient and modern movement disciplines:

Tai Chi
Chi Ball Dance
Yoga
Pilates
Feldenkrais
Relaxation

By tailoring the Chi Ball Method to the natural cycle of the seasons, participants enjoy a journey towards harmony, balance and well-being.

The Chi Ball Method:

  • Trims, tones and detoxifies the whole body, promoting weight loss
  • Improves posture, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness
  • Disperses stress and tension

A Chi Ball Class is currently held at our Picton Studio on Friday evenings at 6.30pm.
The first class for 2010 is Friday 5th February.
