Stretch

Stretching is very beneficial for all athletes, not just dancers.  We combine passive, dynamic and PNF stretching exercises with elements of tai chi and yoga to create a relaxing, yet challenging class that focuses on increasing flexibility of all major muscle groups.  Students from 8 years and up are welcome.
